The Breakfast Show airs live from Newcastle NSW each weekday from 6-9am ADST (check the schedule for local times).

Breakfast Show Giveaway Terms and Conditions (click to expand)

1. Eligibility
* Giveaways are open to listeners residing in Australia.
* Entrants must be aged 18 or over unless otherwise stated.
* Employees, volunteers, and immediate family members of the station are not eligible to win.
2. How to Enter
* Entry methods (phone, text, social media, etc.) will be announced during the show.
* Only entries received during the specified time window are valid.
* Multiple entries may be disqualified unless the presenter states otherwise.
3. Winning and Prizes
* Winners will be selected according to the method announced on air.
* Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
* The station and producers reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the original prize becomes unavailable.
4. Frequency of Winning
* Listeners may only win one prize within a 30-day period (or as otherwise specified by the producers).
* Listeners get only one entry per address as well as phone number.
* Repeat or excessive entries may result in disqualification at the producer’s discretion.
* Birthday draws can only be entered once per year, per phone number.
5. Claiming Prizes
* Winners will be contacted using the details they provide.
* Unclaimed prizes may be forfeited after 30 days unless otherwise arranged.
* The station is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected prizes.
6. Conduct and Fair Play
* Entrants must play fairly and respectfully.
* Any attempt to manipulate, spam, or exploit the giveaway process will result in disqualification.
* All decisions made by the show’s producers are final and made at their sole discretion to ensure fairness and a positive listener experience.
7. On-Air and Publicity
* By entering, participants consent to their name, voice, and/or comments being used on air and across the station’s social media channels.
8. Producer Discretion Clause
* The producers reserve the right to amend, suspend, or cancel a giveaway at any time if deemed necessary.
* The producers also reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches these terms or acts in a way that conflicts with the spirit of the competition.
