The 11th of Nissan is the birthday of the Lubavitcher Rebbe. This speech by the Rebbe is dedicated to the decision of the US Congress to declare the Rebbe's birthday a national day of education and reflection.

The main idea of this speech is that the laws of human coexistence are bestowed by Almighty G-d.
