Supporting Scriptures: Matthew –27 and James –25
Jesus asks why people call Him Lord but do not do what He says.
He then compares someone who hears His words and acts on them to a person who builds a house on a solid foundation. It is possible to attend church, listen to sermons, quote Scripture, and still refuse to change the way we treat people.
What if the biggest difference between knowing Jesus' teachings and following Jesus is what you do after the sermon ends?
Key takeaway: Christian faith should influence everyday decisions, not just religious conversations.
