Episode 591: They Will Kill You, Forbidden Fruits reviews

It's a bit of a quiet week here at Breakfast All Day as "Project Hail Mary" continues to dominate the post-Oscar box office and Alonso is traveling.

But! We have reviews of a couple of movies that we don't agree on, and they both happen to be horror comedies:

• THEY WILL KILL YOU. Zazie Beetz takes on a high-rise full of wealthy Satan worshippers who ... want to kill her. That may sound a lot like last week's "Ready or Not 2: Here I Come," but it's got its own crazy, hyper-stylized action. Think of it as "John Wick" by way of Looney Tunes. In theaters.
• FORBIDDEN FRUITS. Lili Reinhart stars as the queen bee at the hottest clothing store, with co-workers who follow her around and obey her every rule. And they all happen to be named for fruits. But a new employee threatens to undermine her dominance. Think of it as "Mean Girls" in a Dallas mall. In theaters.
