The body of Rhonda Fisher was found on April 1, 1987 25 miles north of Denver. She was sexually assaulted and strangled. Investigators did such a good job with the crime scene and evidence the crime was eventually solved. Joseph Scott Morgan and Dave Mack talk about the case that was cold for 38 years and Joe explains how the evidence that pointed to the killer was in the hands of law enforcement from the very start.
